The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
We accept exchanges of any undamaged and unused leather item if the item is shipped back to me within 7 days of receiving and we are notified within 3 days of the return. Exchanges will only be made for an item of equal value or can be applied to a higher value item. We do not refund shipping costs. Customers making a return are responsible for the return shipping cost and costs associated with shipping the new item. No returns on custom orders.

Shipping within the U.S. is via USPS mail. International orders may take anywhere between 14 to 30 days depending on the local and international post offices. If you need rush delivery please contact us.

We are NOT responsible for any customs or import fees charged by international post offices.

We cannot be responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

We ship to the address provided in the order only. If your address has changed, please make sure to provide us the correct address. Once your Item ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please double check your shipping address, if a package is returned to our shop for any reason, you will be required to pay the cost to reship the item.
We can only guarantee shipment dates and cannot make any guarantee of delivery dates.
