Prettier than the picture. Love it! A+ for seller interaction as well.

Diane's jewelry is beautiful and unique--subtle enough for casual outfits, but with a flash of pizzaz for special occasions. The pendant arrived in a cute cloth bag within 3 days.

About

Simple but elegant fused glass

I enjoy putting shapes and colors together, creating something simple but elegant or whimsical. Glass is a wonderful, challenging medium. I like making geometrical patterns, often incorporating leaves or faces.
After I found my passion in glass fusing, I began wearing my own creations. Women often stopped me -- in parking lots, stores, restaurants -- to find out where I'd gotten my necklace. I started doing local shows from time to time and found a few stores in Tucson (and later Richmond, VA) to carry my creations.
I started an etsy shop in 2011 in an attempt to find more people to enjoy what I make. I'm happy to have custom orders, no extra charge. I enjoy interacting with the folks who will be wearing or using my glass pieces. To have satisfied, happy collectors is my goal.

Hello, and welcome to Diane's Fused Glass (dianesfusedglass). I've been working with fused glass since 2003, and I love it! Being able to come up with simple yet vibrant designs and to create pieces to match any outfit keep me excited about it.

Returns and exchanges
If you get the piece(s) and don't like it/them, please contact me. My feeling, especially about jewelry is: if you don't like it, you won't wear it. If you don't wear it, it's a waste of money. And I hate to waste money.

If you receive the item and it's damaged or broken, please contact me via phone or email immediately. I'll see how I can replace it or refund your money.
.
Payment
I'm happy to have PayPal payments or credit cards via PayPal. This protects us both. If the item(s) you order are sent to Arizona, you will be charged Arizona sales tax in addition to the price of the piece(s) and shipping.

If you change your mind about your order, please contact me immediately by phone or email. If the item has not yet been shipped, we can find a solution. If it's already shipped, see below on the refund policy.
Shipping
At this time, I've priced the shipping for US Postal Service, minimum cost, no insurance. If I ship overseas and customs is charged, the recipient will be responsible for those charges. If you want a different kind of shipping, please contact me in advance, and I will find out the cost and get back to you.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you see something you like but the colors are wrong or you'd like a tweak here or there, I'm happy to make "custom" pieces. Most of the time, there is no obligation -- if you don't like what I come up with, you don't have to buy it (we'll do photos before I send the piece(s).) The main thing is to communicate. I want to know what you like / want, so I can try to deliver that.
