I ordered this hat on 8/16. Needed it the following week for a shoot, and this shop owner promised it by that date. Date came and went without it arriving. After several delays in communication and several excuses, finally 34 days after ordering, it has apparently shipped today. I have zero confidence in this seller, and I didn’t actually read any reviews until today. I wish I had, as I would definitely have NOT ordered anything from her. I am a business owner, and I cannot understand non-response and poor communication. Seller admits to having some personal problems and said she never shipped the item, and then promised a refund. She still has not refunded me a penny as of 10/3/13. Dishonest seller that should put her shop on hold until she straightens out her life.

Welcome to Kids’ Precious Couture! I take great pride in my work and do my very best on every piece. Most of the items are my Original Design, I hope you enjoy browsing as much as I enjoy designing and creating the items you'll find here. I try to keep my prices fair. Slightly higher prices on some pieces may reflect a variety of things: higher quality yarn, more labor-intensive stitches, stones, buttons, and more time working on the piece.

I am a mother of 2 young, active, school-aged children aside from running this shop I work full-time outside of my home. I knit and crochet like crazy in any spare moment I can find, late at night or on my lunch at work. I work very hard to ensure product gets in the mail to you as fast as humanly possible, but each piece requires time and attention to produce, and more time to reach you by mail. I make no promises or guarantees on arrival time of your order. "MUST READ" shop policies for delivery info, etc and to ensure a successful transaction.

Items in my shop are hand-knit, crocheted, sewn, and/or embroidered by me with care. I try my best to accurately describe and have each piece photographed so you will know exactly what you will receive. Keep in mind every photographer has different techniques and no two photos will look the same.

My items are Made-to-Order. They are only in stock if stated in the "title' of the listing and/or in the "description" in the listing and under the READY TO SHIP shop category. Etsy does not offer any other option for listing with them. Unless my listing states the item is Ready to Ship, most items require a minimum of 5 to 15 business days (2-3 weeks) to produce. Large orders can take longer. Production of order will only begin when payment shows completed, and orders are made in order of payment made. **I am currently working really hard to offer more Ready-to-Ship items.

Rush Orders: I no longer offer this service. It creates too much stress and requires sometimes I don’t sleep in order to get these orders out and it’s unfair to other customers who are also waiting for their items. I will however be happy to quote you on Priority, Express or Overnight shipping and add it to your listing please contact me ahead of time before checking out and will shipping according to my shipping timeframe of 5 to 15 business days (2-3 weeks) after payment confirmation.

Photographers, I am fortunate that all of the images on my site have been provided by a wonderful group of talented photographers in my area or by clients after they have made their purchase. I do not trade images for pieces.

Payment
I accept PayPal as the only source of payment. You can use a credit card or e-check through PayPal just follow the instructions once you’re ready to check out.

Shipping
I ship worldwide via USPS First Class with tracking service. For international orders, items are shipped via USPS First Class service. If you would like to upgrade to Priority International or Express shipping, please contact me to find out about times and additional charges. Keep in mind, Out of Country orders can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks to arrive at their destination after I have made it and placed it in the mail unless you upgrade shipping. I do not pay Custom Fees these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Insurance is not included in the shipping charges but is encouraged. If you would like your package insured, please contact me so I can add it to your invoice.

No two newborn/babies heads are the same size, please use the sizing chart to get a range when ordering. Only orders where measurements were provided ahead of time and didn’t fit will be refunded.

PLEASE PLEASE before you leave any type of negative feedback contact me and I will work with you to make sure you are happy with your product. I send exactly what is pictured and use the same materials the only time something might be different is in the buttons and any time I might need to change something I always contact the buyer first and give them options or issue a refund if they want it. And this rarely happens. Let's work together to avoid this area!!

Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item if you’re unhappy to work out a solution. If the solution is to return it, this must take place within 24 hours of receipt of item. Item returned must be returned in the same condition and manner received and must include tracking and paid postage at your expense. If a new size is what is needed, new shipping charges will need to be paid.

Refund will be issued upon receipt of item.

I cannot encourage you enough to Please Please take measurements of your little ones heads to get a custom fit. IF you DO NOT provide measurements then the size of the hat is going to be a range in the size you order.
