If anything is a concern to you, please let me know. I stand behind our craftmenship. We do accept exchanges within 7 days of arrival, and if the item is in the original condition and shipped with insurance! Please contact us with any concerns because we want you to be completely satisfied.

For custom items, please know that they might not look exactly like the picture, they are custom and done at the time of order. If you request stamping on the back of an item, it will show through on the front.

We accept exchanges of items in perfect, unused condition, within 7 days of Domestic purchases, International purchases are allowed 17 days. If there is nothing in the store that you would like at the time of the return then We can give you a store credit to be used toward a custom order or anything else in our shop.

All orders over 100.00 are shipped with insurance. If the ordered is lost, a claim will be filed to recoup the funds.

If your package is damaged upon delivery – take a photo first before opening, then photo the contents for insurance purposes. Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging (or similar protective materials) and must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.

I never anticipate my jewelry breaking, but I will replace or fix your item if it breaks under normal strain up to 14 days after the purchase date.

I only ship to confirmed paypal addresses, please make sure that your address is correct in paypal. Unless arrangements have been made to ship somewhere else.

When shopping with Etsy you have to click on proceed to payment after you've checked out. It will take you to the PayPal site. I accept PayPal and credit cards (through PayPal) If you don't have a PayPal account you can still pay with your credit card. Simply click on the "Pay with PayPal" button after you checkout and choose the "use your credit card" option on the left side of the PayPal screen. I will never see your card information, and you don't have to worry about not having a PayPal account! Please make sure that payments are made the same day as purchase. If I do not receive payments or hear from you after 48 hours of purchase I reserve the right to cancel the sale.

I don't include an invoice with your shipment to save paper, but let me know if you want one and I'll include it.

Everything is shipped USPS first class mail, unless they weigh more than 13oz, then it will go priority. Orders above 100.00 are insured. Everything is shipped with delivery confirmation.

All international orders are shipped via USPS first-class international and therefore cannot be insured. International shipping can take up to 14 days. If after 14 days of shipping, please contact and we will track the package.

Orders are boxed and then put in a bubble mailer.

If shipping costs are more than 1.00$ over charge I will refund the difference.

Most pendants are NOT sold with chains, unless otherwise noted. Chains are sold separately and are 15.00$. Please convo me if you need a chain and what size you need, prior to purchase. My Chains are handmade, as in I buy bulk chain and make them to your specified length.

It says in the description of the item if a chain is included.
