CAN YOU EDIT A TEMPLATE FOR ME or CHANGE THE DESIGN?

Sorry, but I am no longer offering custom design services, design changes to pre-made templates, or template editing services.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY

As mentioned in each listing, my templates are designed for experienced Photoshop users. Buyers MUST know how to use their version of Photoshop & install fonts. With that said, technical support should be limited. If there is a problem with the file itself, I am happy to help.

To assist buyers, I provide extensive HELP DOCUMENTATION including detailed written instructions, visual tutorials, troubleshooting tips and a comprehensive FAQ page.

WHAT SOFTWARE DO I NEED?

Please see each individual listing for software requirements.

I use FOLDERS to organize large amounts of text, but some versions of Elements DO NOT support the folders feature. I am working to remove folders from all files, but some older files still have folder organization.

CAN I USE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS?
That depends on the file, so I have specified the software requirements in each listing based on which files are set up using FOLDERS.

CAN I USE ANOTHER PHOTO-EDITING PROGRAM?
Maybe, but I can not guarantee the files will work as I only test in Photoshop. Let's just say that my FILES CAN ONLY BE OPENED in PHOTOSHOP.

WHERE TO PRINT?

The printers below are suggestions only, not every lab will print every style/size of template that we sell. Finding a print shop is the responsibility of the buyer. Our templates are set up using universal standards, but you may need to adjust the files according to your printers needs.

• Local Print Shop: OfficeMax, OfficeDepot, Kinko's, etc

DISCLAIMER: Please be sure to check the template(s) for correct colors, spelling, bleeds, safe zones & fonts before printing. Digiluxe Design is not responsible for printing errors.

MAGAZINE FILE SAVING OPTIONS

Our magazine files are PSD files, which can be saved in a wide variety of ways, however we ONLY provide written instructions on how to save your file for professional printing.

Instructions for ALL OTHER saving methods or file conversion methods (including saving as a JPG or PDF for emailing to clients) are the buyers responsibility. This is due to the fact that there are no universal instructions for these saving methods. The process changes depending on your version on Photoshop.

TERMS OF USE

PRO-PHOTOGRAPHERS may use our templates as an add-on to the printed photo products that they offer their clients (such as prints, cards, books, albums, ect). Products must be provided to client in flattened printed form only.

EVERYONE ELSE - NOT FOR RESALE:
Please DO NOT RESELL, REDISTRIBUTE or SHARE these templates as a whole or in part for any reason; claim these designs as your own; or sell any design (digitally or in printed form) on any online or brick & mortar store (including but not limited to Etsy, Ebay, Cafepress, etc.)

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the digital nature of this product, purchases are non-refundable. If you are having issues with your files, we will gladly provide you with a new set of files ASAP.

ETSY PROCESSING DELAYS

Instant download means that your files should be available within minutes of purchase. HOWEVER, once in a while, Etsy has payment processing issues that are SITEWIDE. In other cases, there is an issue with the information you provided during checkout and Etsy needs more time to process.

Either way, Etsy's polity states"Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed." In cases of processing issues, confirmation is delayed for generally less than 2 hours, BUT it can be up to 48 hours.

Sorry, but we are not able to refund for these delays.

ARE FONTS INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE?

A list with links to the fonts used for EDITABLE TEXT will be provided as a download with purchase. Due to copyright restrictions, the actual font files CAN NOT be provided for you, you WILL need to follow the links, download & install the fonts.

PLEASE NOTE: I only use fonts that are available and free for commercial use when I create a design, BUT I do not own or design the fonts SO, it is possible that a font that was once offered could be no longer available by the designer or may no longer be free for commercial use.

I apologize, but I do not refund for these rare issues as I have no control and the font is not the entirety of a design purchased.
