Canva is a free online design platform for designers to create easy to use templates that do not require buyers to have specific software and/or install font files. Upon purchase of a design you'll be given an access link to a pre-designed Canva template.

HOW TO PERSONALIZE YOUR CANVA TEMPLATE

1. Download the PDF from https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
2. Click on the link to access the editable file via https://www.canva.com
3. Create an account or sign into CANVA
4. Edit your files, CANVA will auto-save as you go, then download in your preferred format (PNG, JPG or PDF)

Print your files from home, a local print shop or online print store. Download your file in your preferred format (PNG, JPG or PDF) depending on your printers needs.

Buyer will be responsible for all aspects of printing. Not all printers will print every size of template that we offer, but here are some suggested printers to check with:
Staples, OfficeMax & FedEx)
- Copy Center (Staples, OfficeMax & FedEx)
- A Photolab (Walgreens, Target, Walmart & Costco)
- Local Print Shops or Online Printers (VistaPrint & Shutterfly)

Due to Etsy’s limitations on the # of files we can include with your download, any product that includes more than 4 files has to be compressed into a .ZIP file. If your file ends in .ZIP then you need to UN-compress/UN-zip the files before you can use them.

PC: Right-click the file and select "unzip contents" or "extract all" and then follow the instructions. This should create a new folder next to the original .zip file bearing the same name. Your files should be in the new folder.

MAC: Double click the .zip file to expand it, then search for the product folder or product file.

If this does not work, do a quick google search for "how to unzip a file on a (your computer model/operating system)" for additional assistance.

All products are designed to be printed on basic white paper.

For most items, cardstock or photo paper is the best choice. Photo paper will give you the most vibrant color, but cardstock has a matte finish which allows you to write on it more easily. Your chosen cardstock should be at least 80# cover weight.

For planner pages and envelope liners, basic 20–28# text weight paper is the best choice.

PRO-PHOTOGRAPHERS may use our templates as an add-on to the printed photo products that they offer their clients (such as prints, cards, books, albums, ect). Products must be provided to client in flattened printed form only.
