Product returns (not applicable to digital files) are accepted for refund or exchange within 3 weeks of receipt of item. if your item arrives damaged or defective, we may also provide a full refund with a photo to show the problem without requiring the item be returned. We accept returns for a refund for any reason as long as the item is returned in its original condition.

Digital Art Designs accepts etsy payment methods and paypal. Order must be paid in full by one of these methods before an item is designed or shipped. NO cancellations or refunds will be honored unless it is due to Digital Art Designs not being able to fulfill the order.

Shipping is done via Canada/USPS Post. Shipping time (after production time) in Canada is typically 3-5 days and 5-10 days in the USA. HOWEVER, Canada Post/USPS does NOT guarantee shipping times unless you pay for the parcel service and so we cannot either. Transit times can vary for a variety of reasons including Holiday delays or inclement weather, etc. International shipping times are extremely variable and we can not guarantee in hands dates for international orders.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.
