Hi, welcome to Digital Art Star! I’m Kathryn, the owner and designer. I started my Etsy shop 10 years ago and I love it! I had always wanted to sell crafts online, so I was excited to find out about Etsy. As I experimented with the best crafts for me to sell, I developed a passion for DIY party printables, such as buffet cards, cupcake toppers, and water bottle labels. They are so much fun to create, and I love designing for your special parties.
Everything I sell is DIY and printable – just print, cut, and assemble. Perfect for when you want that homemade touch but don't have time to create something from scratch.
Many of my items come with editable text so you can personalize them yourself to make them extra special. I sell a lot of instant downloads so you can receive your items immediately.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All my files are DIGITAL PRINTABLE PDF FILES only. **Nothing physical is mailed to you.** There are no shipping fees. All orders will be emailed right to your Etsy email address.

Turn around time for personalized orders: preview or file will be emailed:
★ Next Business Day (Mon-Fri; 9am-8pm EST) after purchase (must be purchased by 11:59 EST or order will be considered received the next day).
★ RUSH (Get it faster! Rush Turn Around is available Mon-Fri until 9pm EDT; Sat 9:30am-9pm; Sun 2pm-9pm EDT)
What is an instant download?
An instant download is a digital, printable PDF file that will be available to download as soon as your payment clears. No waiting!
Add the listing to your cart and proceed to checkout. After your payment clears, you'll receive a download link. Download/save the file to your computer, unzip it, and open the file in Adobe Reader.

What does “editable” mean?
You edit the text yourself in Adobe Reader. Learn more here:

** You can NOT change the color of the design or add/remove clipart.
You can change the text, font, text color, and text size.
** Editable files need to be opened in Adobe Reader on computers. They won't work on phones/tablets/devices.
Personalization is NOT included. Editable files are for you to edit.
Will Colors Print Exactly as Shown?
Colors may not print exactly as you see on your screen due to printer and monitor differences.
Can I get a refund?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me ASAP. I will refund your purchase if the instant download file has not been downloaded or if I haven’t yet started on your personalized order.
No refunds will be given once a preview has been emailed. The purchase price includes the time it takes to personalize the file and make any requested (and agreed upon) changes.
No refunds will be given once a completed file has been emailed or once an instant download purchase has been downloaded since digital files cannot be returned. (I only refund is there is something wrong with the file itself.)
Please make sure you read ALL details before purchasing & that you know how to use the items.
Can you print my order for me?
Unfortunately I am unable to offer any printing services. I only sell printable PDF files for you to print yourself. You can put the file on a usb flash drive and take it to a copy/print shop and have it printed there.

Can I sell your products? What are your Terms of Use?
No. My items are for PERSONAL USE only. No selling of my items is allowed in any form, including physical products. You may not forward, share, sell or distribute the files. You may not redesign or recreate using my items to sell. They are for non-commercial use only.
Can you do a custom order?
Unfortunately I am unable to accept custom orders except for color changes.
What are your business hours?
My business hours are Mon-Fri 9am-8pm.
I live in Ohio, USA and operate on EDT time.
