Creating handmade goodies for others to personalize their space

I love making geek and fandom related goodies to share a little bit of my passions with the world! I love creating vinyl decals for people to personalize their spaces and make something old look new again. I am always experiencing with different crafting mediums and try to keep the shop fresh and fun!

Creating gifts for friends, family and for my own use has given me experience in a multitude of different crafting mediums and kept me learning and experimenting so I can continue to make new and unique items.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

I hope you’ll be happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied please let us know immediately and we will work together to make things right.

If there is a problem with your item or if it was incorrectly represented in the listing please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and we will work to make things right.

Unfortunately due to current COVID concerns and trying to minimize risk, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order.
I currently only accept PayPal or direct checkout through Etsy (which includes Etsy Gift Cards, Debit, and Credit Cards), at the time of purchase. Please use option of "Credit Cards" for a Debit Card payment.

Since many of my items are handmade at the time of purchase and customized especially for you, cancellations are discouraged but will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.
We ship via USPS, typically First Class or Priority Mail, unless specifically noted otherwise.

We ship to the address you have on file with Etsy, so please make sure your address is current.

We are not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned, I will contact you through Etsy's messaging system and you will have the option of either cancelling your order and receiving a full refund MINUS the shipping costs OR you can pay the shipping fees again and I will re-ship to the corrected address.

Please refer to the listing to see when your item is scheduled to ship. If you need it sooner or by a specific date, please contact me shortly after placing your order to make sure I can meet your deadline. Many of my items can be rushed, however I fulfill purchased in the order they are received, so some items may take longer to ship if there are other orders ahead of them in the queue.

You will be notified via e-mail through an automated email from Etsy when your item ships and the e-mail will contain tracking information for US customers if applicable.

Sometimes the shipping company can have unexpected delays or even lose a package and although there is nothing I can do to prevent this from happening (and I can't be held responsible if the post office loses/delays your package), it is my number one goal to make sure you receive your package and you're happy so please contact me if you think your package might be lost or delayed.

The customer/buyer is responsible for all International Customs/VAT fees or any other fees associated with importing to your country.
