For a small business owner as myself, it is not possible to send replacement items in every possible scenario.

DAMAGE (U.S. ONLY)

I'm more than happy to assume the very small risk of damage during transport, because you as a customer should not have to worry about your order making it in one piece!
If an item is delivered damaged, please provide detailed pictures of the parcel and content, and you will be sent another print free of charge.
***Kindly note however, that this applies to US addresses only. If your international order arrives damaged, you will need to take this up with your local carrier.***

TRACKING SHOWING PARCEL AS DELIVERED

If the tracking information shows a mailing as delivered, I can not resend it or provide a refund. Proper reception of a parcel is the customer's responsibility. You will need to take this up with the carrier/local mail delivery.

RUSH ORDERS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to calculate appropriate shipping time, and to contact me for availability prior to placing a rush order. It is clearly indicated with every listing that art prints ship within 5-7 business days. Parcels are sent via USPS priority mail, which takes around 3 days (domestic, Alaska & Hawaii may take longer)

I can not give refunds or accept returns if you fail to contact me about rush delivery, and an item does not get to you on time.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have any problems or concerns with your order, please contact me and I will do my very best to make it right.

Returns are not accepted for digital files and custom orders - all sales of digital items are final, as well as down-payments on time toward the creation of custom designs.

It is clearly indicated in multiple locations that the prints are sold as prints only, and the frame is a presentation suggestion. I can not be responsible for a product not matching expectations, due to overlooking or not reading of this information in the carefully provided description.

Please note that all frames on display are digital mock-ups and the items listed for sale are either (unmatted. unframed) giclee art prints, or digital files to download & print yourself.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, custom design created upon request may always be added to the shop, either partly or in its entirety. This is how I manage to keep my prices affordable - designs created exclusively for one customer would have to be more expensive than the current rate for me to stay in business.
