I accept paypal, you don't need to have a paypal account to use paypal to check out. You can use your credit/debit card to make your paypal payment.
European buyers can pay by bank transfer to my italian bank account. Choose then 'other' as a payment method and I will send you my IBAN and SWIFT codes.
All payments should be received within 7 days, orders will only be sent after payment is received.
Please check that your Paypal and Etsy addresses are the same to avoid delay!
I will use your Etsy address to send your goodies, or leave the address you want the item to be shipped to 'messages to the seller' when purchasing.
All items are shipped from Italy by Priority mail in a bubble mailer.
If you require another service, such as tracking or recorded delivery - you should contact me (by 'conversation' message) before purchasing so the shipping price can be amended.
I will arrange the shipment within 3 working days by the clearance of your payment, when your item will be posted I will give you a message (Etsy 'conversation').
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes.
Refunds and Exchanges
I don't do refunds or exchanges on my items. I take great care to portray the items in my shop as accurately as possible using photography and descriptions to avoid any possible disappointment or misunderstanding. Where custom orders are concerned, the buyer sees photographic evidence before purchase! I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items by post office.
