WANT IT NOW?
All items are ready to go when you place your order unless noted in the listing. They are usually pre-made and waiting to be shipped off to their new homes with the exception of customized/personalized items, color changes, or custom designed items. On occasion there will be a miscount of inventory and the item you ordered is out of stock. If that is the case, you will be notified within 24 hours of your order and the appropriate items will be shipped in 1-2 business days.
Most designs can be purchased in sets, bulk or singles. We love wholesale, bulk and custom orders, just convo for pricing and details. Let me know if you'd like more of an item via convo and I'll create a listing for you.
WHAT PAPERS DO YOU USE?
All of the items listed are printed by hand on the finest of papers (primarily Arturo, Crane's Lettra and Savoy). Envelopes are of the same flavor, however I also use Waste Not/Paper-Source for colored envelopes. Item listing will usually indicate paper stock. I offer 110# (Thick) paper, and 220# (Super Thick) as my standard weights, for more info on those click here:
ARE YOUR DESIGNS ORIGINAL?
I've tried to develop a collection of self-designed work however sometimes that will include derivative work from stock illustration. We also work with illustrators on occasion for a special edition line of cards. I don't like to take stock and slap it on there. Much time is spent in working on layout, typography and illustration.
I try to offer PCW envelopes, and eco friendly paper (Crane's/Savoy) for those that are wanting to help the environment (and really who doesn't)? I use nature wash to clean my press and because my press is manual, I'd say it is certainly not putting out emissions or using any energy or power except my own - what a workout!!!

Although it is flattering and appreciated to have so many requests for samples, consignments and representation, I don't participate in consignments, and am selective on who I respond to for representation. If you are a rep, please send on a list of CURRENT lines you rep, as well as region, website, your terms/commission for representation and current minimums you require your stores to fulfill for new lines. The more information I have in the beginning will help me to make a more advised decision on what will work best for us both!

Refunds are gladly given if the item is damaged, misrepresented or even not quite what you thought it would be. Let's work it out, eh? :) However please not that there will be slight variations in color that vary from monitor to printed piece as well as ink variation on press. Please note that we try our best to accurately represent color and paper as well as printing and impression in our photos!
SHIPPING is made via USPS standard for all ready-made orders. All orders ship out within 48 hours of receipt of payment, M-F 9-5MST unless order is custom. Orders placed after 1pm MST on Friday will go out the following Monday with an exception to US holidays and special orders. Orders placed on a holiday will go out the following business day. If you need next-day or expedited service, send me a note and I am happy to add that option on for you.
WHY SO MUCH?
Please keep in mind that shipping prices are not just the price the post office/ups/fedex pays to ship. These include the time it takes to package the item, the money to buy the boxes cards are packed in as well as shipping supplies (boxes, packing and puches) which is considered the "handling" of the item. I like to make sure your package gets there as safe and sound as if I was carrying it across the street.
Please let me know before paying if I should ship it somewhere besides your Etsy address. That will be the address your order is sent.

But please be aware of your country's policies regarding the import of stationery items. Also, some countries do charge customs fees for items over a certain dollar amount. I will not be responsible for paying this. Customs and duties will be billed directly to the sender. Please learn about them and be prepared to pay if necessary. I will not lie on customs forms.
International shipping will go out First Class USPS, uninsured and untracked for small orders. Orders over $50 will be subject to additional shipping charges and will be sent via International Prioirty USPS for $30 shipping. It will be tracked and insured. If orders exceed $200 for international, then it will be upgraded to FEDEX International Saver ($50) unless you are okay with priority. If you have any questions regarding international shipping let me know!
