About

Test Results

The dinosaurjelly shop began to take flight after ~nifty returned from the Furthur Bus 50th Anniversary Tour. She had brought with her an experimental set of LSD Blotter Art Pins, a few blotter art magnets, some pendants, and a pair of earrings. Many of these items were either gifted or traded (none were offered for sale) and the survivors landed on Etsy. After a few online sales, the official dinosaurjelly brand was born.

All of our blotter paper is provided by Zane Kesey, caretaker of The Furthur Bus and son of writer/artist Ken Kesey.

The Furthur Bus represents everything we believe in - following your dreams, creating meaningful connections with others, and freedom of creative expression.

While trippy hippie art happens to be our best seller, we do not let it distract us from the real reason we created this shop: Katie wanted to share the jewelry she had been creating during long winters in North Dakota. She began working with copper and other types of wire after arriving here in 2012. Her late friend, Daniel "Chip" Henley, shared with her his techniques.

Her first collection is called "Steel and Glass", using only glass beads and steel wire. She continues to design, plan, and construct necklaces for a larger body of work called "100 Necklaces".

Aside from the necklace project, Katie also designs resin jewelry and earrings. She creates sets, things that go together.

Thanks for taking the time to read our story :)
