      Owner, Maker

I'm a doll maker and textile designer. I've been sewing for over 30 years, made my first doll at age 7 and haven't looked back. I currently reside in the Monterey Bay and draw my inspiration from our magical landscape and the creatures it keeps safe.

Welcome! Muirin is about my love of the sea and all it's inhabitants. Sometimes that takes the form of an heirloom quality doll and sometimes it takes the form or a textile but the inspiration is always driven by the magical coastal waters.
