We do NOT use any SLS or SLES in our soaps. Sodium Laurel/Laureth Sulfate is EXTREMELY harmful to your skin. For more information about SLS and SLES, please visit:

We can offer a replacement or refund when necessary.
Returns are not accepted on custom orders.
Please feel free to contact me on AIM, the username is DirtyAssSoaps. If you are dissatisfied with anything, I will work with you to smooth things out.
I include delivery confirmation on every domestic order. The tracking number will be auto sent to your PayPal address. If for some reason you do not receive your item and the tracking info shows that it was not delivered, I will replace the item at no charge to you. If the tracking number is shown as delivered, it is out of my hands. I will not replace the item if the tracking information shows it was delivered. If you are worried about this, I can include signature confirmation at an additional cost.
Payment
Payment should be immediate but you have up to three days to make the payment or else the sale will be canceled, and appropriate feedback will be left.

Shipping
I mail out twice a week, usually Mondays and Wednesdays. Shipping costs always include delivery confirmation for domestic orders.
International Buyers are responsible for any tariffs or customs charges. Packages will not be marked as "gift".
Insurance is not included in shipping costs. If you are concerned, please send a convo, and we will be happy to invoice you with an extra insurance fee added.
