Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Because of the nature of this product (soap), we regrettably cannot accept returns. Soaps do contain natural ingredients like vanilla or raw cocoa and may have color migration or discoloration which is normal. Soaps may vary slightly from what is pictured in the listings, since we hand make each and every soap just for you.
We can offer a replacement or refund when necessary.
Returns are not accepted on custom orders.
Please feel free to contact me on AIM, the username is DirtyAssSoaps. If you are dissatisfied with anything, I will work with you to smooth things out.
I include delivery confirmation on every domestic order. The tracking number will be auto sent to your PayPal address. If for some reason you do not receive your item and the tracking info shows that it was not delivered, I will replace the item at no charge to you. If the tracking number is shown as delivered, it is out of my hands. I will not replace the item if the tracking information shows it was delivered. If you are worried about this, I can include signature confirmation at an additional cost.

Shipping
I ship to the PayPal address ONLY. Please make sure your Etsy and PayPal addresses are the same. If this is a gift, please make sure you edit your Etsy & PayPal addresses to reflect the correct address.
I mail out twice a week, usually Mondays and Wednesdays. Shipping costs always include delivery confirmation for domestic orders.
International Buyers are responsible for any tariffs or customs charges. Packages will not be marked as "gift".
Insurance is not included in shipping costs. If you are concerned, please send a convo, and we will be happy to invoice you with an extra insurance fee added.

A deposit of 100% (minus 20 cents) is requested up front for supplies. The remainder (20 cents plus shipping costs) will be due upon completion of the order. You will have a "reserved" listing specifically for you. All items listed at www.DirtyAssSoaps.etsy.com are available for wholesale at this time.
You must present a valid Tax ID # upon request and store location, website and a little info on your physical shop.
We do not offer wholesale to online shops, sorry.
