Shop policies

Disigiuro is an italian self-production of unique and limited edition pieces. All clothes and accessories are produced with recovery material and high quality textile waste.

If you are not sure an item will suit you, you can always send me your measurements: with these I'll be able to modify the adjustable mannequin and send you a picture of it.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Your satisfaction is my priority.
If you are not happy you can contact me within 3 days from the arrival of the parcel and I'll give you the address to which you can send it back.
I'll give you complete refund (mailing expences excluded) through Paypal as soon as I'll receive the parcel.

I gently ask you to:

• use traceable mail
• write me a message before sending the stuff back
• write “returned item” on the parcel and leave a note with your name inside

If for any reason I will not receive the parcel I will not be able to give you any money back. If the clothes have been used, or washed, or if the labels have been removed, I will not give any refund either.

The safest and most effective way to communicate is through messages on Etsy, not using personal e-mail addresses. This way allows complete recording of our conversation, which will protect both you and me.

In case of damaged items, please provide a picture.

If you are not satisfied with the items or with the posting, please contact me before writing a feedback on Etsy; surely we'll find a way to solve the inconvenience together!
Payment
I only accept Paypal, which is a safe and very easy way to pay on-line. Paypal works with all the main credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. You don't need to have a Paypal account for your shopping, as it is possible to pay with credit card through Paypal website.

Shipping
As disigiuro is an ethical and eco-friendly company, it does not prioritise fast postal delivery. Nowadays planes and trucks circulate when they are half empty, only to meet the customer's request of a speedy delivery. Delivery with disigiuro will take between 2 and 5 working days for Italy, between 10 and 15 working days within the EU, and between 10 and 25 days worldwide. This depends on whether the plane will be full or not when the disigiuro item arrives. If it is full, it will be dispatched immediately, otherwise we will wait until it will have reached capacity.

The unique pieces that are ready in my store will be sent from 1 to 3 days after the payment has been received.
The tailored / personalized pieces will take a little more time and will normally be sent between 5 and 10 working days after the payment.

Every item must be paid within 48 hours from the selling notice in Etsy. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled and the item will be put on sale again.

I will post to your Etsy address, but if you prefer to receive it somewhere else just let me know.

Items that are ordered from Friday to Sunday will be posted on the following Monday.

To ensure maximum safety I only use certified traceable parcels with a tracking code.

I always do my best to wrap the items carefully, but I can't be responsable for the damage or losses occuring during the posting process.
