My name is Emily and I run Dismantled Fashions. It's a VA based one woman company for hot rod mamas and zombie babes alike. Mixing up classic rockabilly style with that bad modern psycho look is what I do best. Heres to you, dahling!
Due to the handmade, one of a kind nature of everything.. no two items will be exactly the same. Placement of prints, trim details, and especially the hand painted styles will vary. Each item is 100% unique!

Returns and exchanges
Dismantled Fashions does NOT accept returns or exchanges, SORRY! Every item is custom made to order, due to that I can not accept anything back.
Every listing has a size chart with full measurements. If you are unsure or need help choosing a size, PLEASE ASK FIRST! It is your responsibility to be sure before ordering. My sizes are just a general guide, so it's very important you know your exact measurements when ordering and compare them to the size chart, do not go off a generalized rack sizing. My size chart system may not be the same, and therefore my items won't fit you properly. So save the hassle and whip out that tape measure!
That aside, all items are made to a high standard and are inspected for quality once they are completed and again as they are packaged, so you have nothing else to worry about it! Please do contact me if you are unsatisfied and we can work it out.

Paypal is the preffered method of payment.

Shipping
All shipping is done by USPS. Items ship as soon as they are completed. You can find the "Ship By" date on your invoice :)
International shipping is by default, First Class Mail. For faster shipping options, please convo for details. Please be advised that there is no tracking or insurance available for international packages at all. I am not responsible for any customs charges that you may encounter and I will not mark items as 'Gift' - it's illegal, sorry.
I will always ONLY ship to the listed shipping address with your Paypal account. It's their rules, and it's the best/safest way to do it that keeps everyone involved protected. Please make sure that address is correct, as I can't be held responsible for any lost packages.

Additional policies and FAQs
Please note that almost item you see on the site is an example, and your item will be custom made to order with your choices. I keep nothing in stock! Most fabrics are ordered for your item when your order is placed too. This means a wait period must be allowed for your item(s) to be created. You can see this current time table in my shop announcement. It usually takes much less than this, but it's just a general estimate. If you need your items by a certain time please contact me to inquire about rush orders. Fees may apply. Pleeeease don't order and assume it can be done by a certain date. Ask first!
Q. Do you take custom orders?
A. Sort of. I can do small size adjustments, fabric swap outs, trim changes, etc. All of that is no problem if you contact me first to discuss it! :) I am not doing any custom designs though. And I won't copy someone else's design for cheaper, so please don't send me photos :)
Q. What about plus sizes?
A. Sure do curvy babes! Everything is available up to 3X.
Q. What are the care instructions?
A. Most items have no problem going through a gentle wash and dry. However, it is definitely recommended that you handwash and lay to dry all Dismantled Fashions items to insure they last a long time.
Q. What kind of material do you use? Do they stretch?
A. All of the prints are 100% cotton unless otherwise noted, and all solids are twill. There is a small amount of stretch to the prints, but not a ton. The twills are quite stretchy!
Q. Do you sell wholesale?
A. Yes, I love wholesale! Contact me for details/pricing.
