Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Every comercial product you buy from our store is backed first by the product manufacture's warranty. A 30 day limited warranty against defects, may also apply. Our 30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacture or Display Diva's Etsy store manager.
Products confirmed as defective by the manufacturer or Display Diva store manager will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership only. After 30 days the product manufacture warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacture. We will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufactures. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please contact us via Etsy convo.

Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee (CURRENT RESTOCKING FEE IS 20% OF INVOICE ITEM PRICE) .
Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and freight fees for damaged or returned merchandise will not be refunded.
Payment
All forms of payment will be done via PayPal. PayPal accepts credit card, and checking account transfers as form of tender.

All orders without payment within 5 business days will be canceled.
Shipping
Our goal is to ship all orders for in stock merchandise within 1 business day of the order.
Our shipping is done via FedEx, USPS or UPS Ground and standard transit time for packages is 3-5 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipment or delivery dates for any orders. For orders to HI, AK or PR (and Caribbean) the delivery times may range from 2-5 weeks due to transit times for parcel post. This is to keep shipping cost low for these orders

Please provide a deliverable shipping address for your order. No P.O. Box shipping addresses will be accepted. Delivery will be done to physical address only.

For combined shipping request please note on your order, and all provisions will be made to combine if possible. When combining and order, and shipping costs are less, a refund for the difference will be done via PayPal.

Shipping in the United States is for the 48 contiguous states only. We DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL at this time. Although we welcome inquiries about our products, we do not give shipping quotes for international locations at this time. We do not ship to APO addresses if listed as an international address in the USPS system.

Hawaii, and Alaska shipping is available, and will require additional shipping costs to what is listed on our Etsy site. We will contact customers in these states to quote additional shipping charges and determine if the order is still desired. Shipping to these locations will require additional days for delivery. Buyer has the option to pay for additional shipping or cancel the order.

Shipping to U.S. territories (PR and VI) may also require additional shipping costs and will be assessed at time of packing. Buyer has the option to pay for additional shipping or cancel the order.
Additional policies and FAQs
Our commitment is to keeping prices low on our products and the best way we can do this is to offer bulk discounts. We've listed our items in large lots so our customers can take advantage of wholesale pricing. Custom listings for 50 sets or more are welcomed - we do not do custom listings for less than what is listed on the site.
If you convo us for an order we'll do our best to respond as quickly as possible - custom orders may have a lead time of 3-5 days. If you need it sooner than this we may not be able to accommodate the request.

Customer information provided at check out may be used for emailing shipment tracking information, sending promotional information, coupon notices or catalog materials. No customer information will be shared with third party entities.
