Turn around time was listed as 1-2 weeks but it took over a month for my item to ship with no communication from the seller. I reached out after 3 weeks asking when I should expect my order to ship and that same day a label was created but it still took over a week for it to actually be mailed.

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits

Returns and exchanges

All items are hand made to order so no refunds can be accepted.

If there is a problem or error with your order please contact me within 3 days of delivery of your order and we can work to correct the problem.

We do not accept cancellations of orders more than 4 hours after placement of your order.

Payment

Credit cards, debit cards, and Etsy gift cards are all accepted forms of payment.

Shipping

STICKERS:
Current turn around times are 1-2 weeks. If your order is ready to ship sooner, it will ship sooner. All orders are shipped via USPS, and the time it will take to get to you varies based on where you are.

CHARMS:
All charms are RTS and turn around is 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS, and the time it will take to get to you varies based on where you are.

OTHER:
If your order has both charms and stickers, I will hold it until everything is ready to ship, so a possible 1-2 week turn around.

If you need a rush order or anything different please message me before placing your order.

CUSTOM ORDERS: I am unable to take custom orders at this time. If you have something you would like to see in my shop in the future please message me as I am constantly working on new ideas.

COUPON CODES: All coupon codes run on EST, therefore sales will begin and end on EST. I reserve the right to deactivate any coupon code at any time, so if you have one that isn't working that is probably why. However, if you have a coupon code that isn't working during a sale time that it should be please message me, I'm only human and occasionally I screw something up on the back end!
