I've always loved to create things with my hands. When I learned to sew in college, I loved it so much that I changed my major. Two hours in the acting studio might feel good, but for me, nothing beat the sense of completion that two hours in the sewing studio accomplished.

Before I had kids, I managed a sewing machine shop. I sold machines and taught people how to use them, as well as creative classes. I sewed something everyday! Once I became a stay at home mom, I found I missed sewing daily, and wanted to continue to have a creative outlet in my life. Children are a blessing, but they are also a lot of work! So I opened a shop here on Etsy, to give myself some "me" time and to share my creations with the world. All of my items are made by me in my smoke and pet free studio. I sew each item with love and care, and hope that your purchase will bring you many years of joy.

I draw inspiration from everywhere! I love to make unique things that I would enjoy having myself, and I really love it when someone trusts me to create something one of a kind for them to give as a gift.
