I’m Dianne, and I’ve been beading and bead-weaving since 2007 and have been teaching since 2010.

Here in my Etsy shop you'll find some beaded designs as well as some of the most popular beading patterns over the years.
Fair warning, I don't do much beading anymore so once they're gone, they're gone.

Beading is a great meditation!

I'm Dianne & I've been a beading since 2007 beginning with simple stringing techniques. Back then I thought those who worked with those tiny little seed beads were crazy and I swore I would never do it! Like most creatives, I became a little bored with using a minimal number of techniques and decided to branch out into bead weaving. Before long, I was creating my own peyote stitch patterns. I found I actually love the design process and have sold my patterns not only here on Etsy but to Bead and Button Magazine as well. They even put my Poinsettia patterns in their hardcover book Best of Bead and Button (volume 9).
Naturally, I have also gone onto to explore other techniques such as bead embroidery,
& 3-D beadwork.
I highly recommend beadweaving and bead embroidery if you're looking for something akin to meditation. It creates better focus and has a calming effect...at least that has been my experience.
