Did not ship on time, and never shipped. Said would refund but did not. Entered dispute with CC to stop payment after 3 additional messages and no response.

Terrible terrrible service. She should not beable to sell on Esty. Promises you all these things after it takes weeks for her to respond. Then still after 8 weeks no item and know she wont even respond to me. Absolute terrible customer service. Dont order anything. She gave me a refund and couldnt even respond to the 10 messages i sent her. I even went on facebook and sent a message. Horrible
Please note that although I attach all of my embellishments to the best of my abilities, some pieces present choking hazards to young children and they should be monitored at all times while wearing photography props. These props are NOT children's clothing. They are for use by adults only.

Custom hats: If you're unsatisfied, I will make every effort to redo your hat if there is time (for an additional fee of $25 to cover materials) provided you return the hat in a timely fashion. I try my best to create something that you will love but sometimes miscommunications happen or tastes differ. I'm happy to send pictures as I go to ensure everything I'm doing is to your liking, but after a certain point, there is no way to change the hat.
