5 out of 5 starsThis rosary is a beautiful work of artistry. It will be a gift to my daughter on her wedding day and possibly in years to come be a gift to her own daughter should she be blessed with children of her own.

Sharing the Gift of Faith
When I first learned to make rosaries, I mainly made them for my friends and family. It wasn't until ten years later that I realized what the then-hobby really meant to me. My daughter was having her First Communion and I was a busy working mom without much leisure time. I wanted to buy her a nice rosary, but found that every Catholic store I went to carried the same selection of rosaries and none of them were really "meant" for my daughter. I finally decided to order some parts and make one for her myself, so it would be more special to her. During the days it took me to complete the rosary, I had time to reflect on my Faith, and that of my daughter. I found during the construction of a single rosary a whole new side of my Faith that I never knew existed. I knew then that I wanted to share my passion with everyone I could. I wanted to make rosaries that are "meant" for people. I use vendors that are small, Catholic-owned businesses like mine and that practice has led me to a new group of friends who share my love of prayer and the Catholic faith. My whole journey has been a blessing!

Growing up in Austin, Texas, I learned the art of rosary making at Catholic summer camp. It has truly enriched my life and given me an opportunity to share my passion for prayer. In 2005, I moved to upstate NY with my husband and three children.
