Our business hours are Tuesday through Friday.

{RUSH ORDERS}
While most of our orders say that it ships in 1-3 business days. We do try to ship daily so your items in most cases will ship the next day. If an item needs to be hand created please allow 3-5 days to ship. If you are in a time crunch please message me the date needed so I can check if you will receive in time. I am happy to ship out priority or express. Including your zip code in the message will help me determine the best and most economical shipping method.
I ship orders in the order they are received. Unfortunately we're getting so many rush requests every day that its becoming unfair to those who placed orders earlier. Please understand that I do try to ship as quickly as we possibly can, but to guarantee earlier shipment you'll need to message us to see if it is possible. Failure to do so could result in you not receiving your order in time for your event.

{SHIPPING}
We do not own the shipping company so we have no control regarding delay or Customs clearance hold. Please understand that once your package ships, it's in the hands and mercy of the postal carrier. Thank you for your patience & understanding while your package is in transit.

{ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING }
Please read our policies on international shipping and consider contacting us to pay for priority or express if you need it immediately. The AVERAGE shipping time internationally ranges anywhere from 2-6 WEEKS and can take longer. We will not replace international packages. That being said, you can see from our feedback we try very hard to have happy customers, and we'll do as much as we possibly can to help locate a missing package.

I am happy to accommodate custom orders. Please message me with your request to make sure of the color & quantity availability. Putting your request in the notes at checkout with out messaging me first can delay and possibly cancel your order.
