Heat packs are available for added purchase. You MUST add heat pack into order before checkout for the item to be given. Heat packs will not be given for free. Purchase is at will at expense of customer. Plants are not watered prior to shipping. Please water sparingly and accordingly once being received.
Plants purchased in cold climate months will ship out Monday thru Wednesday with no shipping over the weekend due to chance of freezing.
