Most items in our shop are hand crafted using sterling silver. All products may be created using your choice of any city in the world. Please note your desired locations in the 'note to seller' box upon checkout.

Most personalized/custom items take up to 5 days to create and ship. Each is created by hand, by me. Please contact me if you would like an item by a particular date. Most times a rush order is possible. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. To see if your order has shipped and view tracking information, log into your ETSY account then look under Purchases.

Yes! What makes DLK Designs items so charming and meaningful, is the fact that we actually cut from old, vintage maps. Most are from the 1950's or earlier. What I most adore about my business, is that you are receiving an actual piece of historical memorabilia. Please note that in a few instances, maps have been reproduced, such as with the 1800's Antique or Sports Collections. Please keep in mind, as these are cut from old books, I am unable to zoom in on locations. I cut your desired location from the map exactly as shown. A proof of any desired location is available upon request at no additional cost to you.

Each item comes gift ready in a box with a bow. A gift wrapping upgrade is available at checkout. Also, available a checkout, you may request that a gift note be included in your order for you recipient. Orders are not shipped with receipts. Your receipt will be emailed to you.

All photos may be emailed to danaklop@hotmail.com or uploaded via an Etsy convo. A high resolution photo is preferred, but I have many clients who snap a photo with their mobile phone of an old vintage photo and they work great too! It's truly all about the memory you want to convey and how much meaning that will have for your gift recipient.
