Returns and exchanges
*Every one of my items not listed in supplies is handmade by me and I guarantee all of my work! If you have any problems with any of my work, send it back to me for a replacement or to be repaired up to a year from the date of purchase. (Replacements and repairs are free...You just pay the shipping.)

*FOR SUPPLY PURCHASES: I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s). If for any reason you wish to return your purchase(s), please do so within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are nonrefundable. All returns must be in original condition. Buyer will pay for return shipping charges.
* At this time I accept paypal only. If you do not have paypal, please convo me before buying to see if we can arrange an alternative payment method.

* Payment made by echeck will not be shipped until the money has cleared has cleared. Be aware that this could take up to 10 business days.

* All payments must be made within 7 days. If you cannot make the payment within 7 days, please convo me to make special arrangements.

* For our International Customers: I am NOT responsible for items lost in the mail. If you are concerned, please upgrade to registered mail or international priority mail. I can quote you prices for either via convo.
* SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA : I ship most items via first class mail with delivery confirmation. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please convo and I will change the listing accordingly.

*Shipping Charges will never be over $10.00. No matter how many items you win or purchase. This shipping policy is for USA shipments only.

* Insurance is never required, but always recommended especially for items over $50. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items if buyer chooses not to insure. Please inquire as to how much insurance is for each individual order, because it is based on the total cost of the items.

* Shipments are typically made shipped within 3 days after cleared payment has been received. If it will be more than 5, I will convo or email you to let you know.

* SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE USA : Shipping for international customers is listed in each listing. If you country is not listed, I will be happy to quote you shipping costs for your country. Please be aware that different countries have different shipping policies. Please check with your country's customs first or check the US Postal Service website for more information.

*Registered Service is available and typically an additional $10.25 for most countries.

* I have had a few international customers and have had a 100% success rate with International First Class shipments so far, but they do not carry insurance or delivery confirmation, so I cannot trace them and therefore I cannot guarantee delivery. Any purchases for international shipment are at the buyers’ own risk.
