The custom made lampshade is perfectly constructed, is gorgeous, and was on time. Dianne creates a top-quality product - worth the money. Will make a great addition to the nursery. n

Thank you so much for stopping by my shop! I am a stay-at-home mother of two very young children and making lampshades is something I do as my family's schedule allows. I strive to provide quality handmade goods as well as personal, courteous service.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
I accept Paypal only at this time. Immediate payment is appreciated on all ready-to-ship items and is required in advance for custom orders. If for some reason you need special terms, please convo.
I generally try to ship ready made items the next business day. Custom orders are understandably subject to varying lead times. If you need your item by a specific date, please let me know via convo or in the notes to seller.
Refunds and Exchanges
I try to describe each item as accurately as possible and provide high quality photographs showcasing my workmanship. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Convo for free swatches to avoid any design disasters!

Insurance is included on all shipments unless otherwise noted. I put a lot of thought and time into packing my lampshades for shipment because no one wants to see your purchase arrive safely more than I do. In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please convo immediately with photographs of the damaged packaging and contents. I will file an on-line insurance claim with the post office and will issue a refund to the buyer once the post office has approved the claim. If the claim is denied, I will gladly file an appeal. Again, a refund will be issued once the post office has approved the claim. Communication and coperation between the buyer and seller is imperative and patience and understanding is appreciated.

If the item is lost, we will need to follow a similar procedure as outlined above.

Once the refund has been issued to the buyer, I will gladly make replacements for purchase provided the fabric is still in stock. I may or may not be able to replace the shades at the same cost if additional fabric has to be purchased. Replacements are understandably subject to varying lead times.

Lampshades in my shop are all unique creations and the fabrics I use are typically in limited supply.
Additional policies and FAQs
Anyone who knows me knows that I am passionate about the environment and do as much as I can in my daily life to limit my impact on the environment. In my etsy shop I try to limit material waste, use biodegradable shipping supplies and packing material, and avoid shipping empty space in the boxes I use. I do purchase new cardboard boxes and paper dunnage locally. I urge you to reuse it in some important way or at the very least, recycle or compost all packaging.

Please refer to Etsy's DOs and DONTs for additional guidelines, policies, and information.
