Returns and exchange details
** Shipping is free on items over $300.
There are no refunds or returns on custom work.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the item please let me know within 3 days of receiving the item. Please return the item within 7 days after making contact about the issue. Please return the item in its original, unworn condition. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs of the item.
If there is for some reason a defect or error on my part, I will happily cover related shipping cost.
If a ring is purchased in incorrect size it can be returned and resized for a fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact me with any questions regarding ring size.

Most pieces in the collection are made to order and take 4-6 weeks to make after payment is received.This is in addition to estimated shipping time. Please check the listing for specific information regarding the processing time of a particular piece. In the event it may take longer, I will let you know as soon as possible.
Items will be shipped to the address you provide to Etsy. Please take time to review the information you provide to insure that you receive your piece. I cannot be held responsible for missing orders due to incorrect address etc.
SHIPPING
U.S. SHIPPING:
Orders within the United states are sent USPS priority or FED EX with delivery confirmation. If you require any additional accommodations for shipping such as insurance or overnight delivery let me know before payment and I can adjust shipping rates accordingly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Items shipped outside the U.S. are sent USPS first class international. These items require additional packaging and arrive within 2-3 weeks. If you would like the items sooner or would like to include insurance and tracking (recommended) please notify me before purchasing the item so I can customize your shipping costs.
CUSTOMS INFO
In completing customs forms for shipping, I am required to declare the value of each piece. Depending on shipping policies of that country you may be required to pay a customs fee. I cannot be held responsible for delayed items or additional fees due to customs processing.
