Not only is the potholder well made, it is the perfect gift for a sports team lover. I will also add that there was a time constraint for this order and I needed to receive it by a certain date. I emailed Dawn to ask for expedited shipping and she had the pot holder to me in 2 days. Customer service like this is very hard to come by, and I would highly recommend purchasing from Dawn... as I will be doing again in the future. All in all a 10 star rating!
