Returns and exchanges
Items are insured and guaranteed unharmed by shipping. Packages appearing damaged upon arrival should be photographed during the process of opening, for insurance purposes. Irreversibly damaged products, when photographed, can be returned for a refund including shipping cost.
Paintings: All sales are final--but exceptions are sometimes made for exceptional circumstances. Slight differences in the color of the actual item and the color of the item on your display do not constitute reason for a refund--it is difficult to capture certain hues with absolute accuracy and it is impossible to calibrate the colors to be accurate on all possible displays. The original painting is always better than the picture of it; you won't be sorry.
Necklaces: All sales are final. Necklaces that fall apart due to structural problems will be refunded or repaired upon return. As with the paintings, we make every effort to deliver a color-correct representation, but we cannot always be exact: the product you receive--which is ALWAYS the one photographed--may differ slightly in color from the picture of the product we display online. Necklaces are often comprised of large pieces of stone, and suede cord is very strong. The wearer is warned to be mindful while wearing any accessory of serious size, or pendant cord without a weakness or safety release (tie a bow, not a knot!). By purchasing an accessory from us, you agree to hold DNAexperience and Etsy free from any liability for damage or injury incurred by our products or while wearing them.
Pants: All sales are final. By purchasing pants from us, you agree to hold DNAexperience and Etsy free from any liability for damage or injury incurred by our products or as a result of wearing them. Additionally, customers purchasing pants from DNAexperience are eligible for CONTINUED PANTS SERVICES and WARRANTIES:
1. Pants are warrantied against damage arising from structural problems during normal wear and tear. In cases of the garment falling apart, submit photographs of the relevant damage areas to DNAexperience. At our discretion we will ship, repair, or refund the garment depending on the nature and causes of the damage.
2. Pants bought from DNAexperience carry one-year, one-time catastrophic repair coverage. If, within 365 days of receiving pants purchased from DNAexperience, those pants suffer serious damage (e.g. they become un-wearable) for any reason at all--including your personal negligence--photograph the damage and submit it to us. Minor damage that can be repaired by a common patch is eschewed. If damage is extensive enough to qualify (at DNAexperience's discretion) for catastrophic repair, you will be asked to ship the garment to us with return postage included at your expense. I will repair them to the best of my ability with the resources I have available. Of course, some large repairs create changes in the garment's design; in these cases I will consult with you about how you would like the scars to be covered. This is an honest effort option because I want these pants to last forever.

Payment
Payment is due through Etsy at time of purchase. Canceled item sales are the responsibility of the buyer, but we may offer a refund at our discretion.
Shipping
We ship exclusively through USPS unless there is no other carrier available. Prices set forth are for USPS Priority Mail. This includes insurance and tracking (and it's the least expensive because THE POST OFFICE IS THE BEST). Paintings can sometimes--but not always--be combined into one shipment. Whether to combine or ship separately is at the discretion of DNAexperience and buyer agrees to pay separate shipping charges for each painting should packing them together be inappropriate for any reason.
International orders can be arranged for by messaging DNAexperience at which point we can price out your location and negotiate a shipping charge. A custom item listing for the item will be created for any international customer who completes this process.
