Perfectly wonderful experience! Ordered the custom items I wanted for my little boy's birthday. They were created fast, delivered (from Canada to the U.S.) very fast, and the whole experience was great!

Gather 'round, traveller, for an unusual sight!

Today we're in for a special treat, a sight rarely seen by Man: the Doctor, in its natural habitat.

The Doctor is a naturally timid creature. It leads a solitary life, avoiding both those of other species and those of its own kind. It tends to live in a small warren in a dark location, as the day star burns its thin hide.

Due to its small stature and limited intelligence, the Doctor is vulnerable to a long list of predators. Its only natural defense is its ability to squeeze into small spaces and blend in (somewhat poorly) with its surroundings.

Much like a mouse who defecates on every surface it touches, the Doctor coats its warren in a thick layer of yarn. For purposes scientists have been unable to determine, it uses this yarn to create scarves, hats, plush toys, and the occasional blanket. Like a panda, the Doctor would far rather eat plants than mate. It's a wonder the species has not yet died out.

If you ever see the Doctor in the wild, do not approach it, as it will likely die of fear if it realizes it has been spotted. If you stand still, it may eventually approach you slowly and cautiously. As it becomes more comfortable, it may be possible for you to reach out and gently touch it on the head. It would be most pleased if you asked it to make you something out of its vast warren of yarn. In fact, creating things for others is the Doctor's sole joy in life, and it would really appreciate it if you allowed it to make underpriced yarn goods for you.

PVE is hard; sometimes there is fire. It's better when there's yarn. It's worst when there's both.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
I accept Paypal. If I have not received payment within 3 days of the placement of the original order, the order will be cancelled and the item will be relisted. Please contact me if you have any concerns regarding your payment or that timeframe. Any issues regarding the timeframe must be resolved using your own TARDIS; the Doctor's is not available for public use.
All items will be shipped 1-3 business days after I have received payment. Items will be shipped via Canada Post. If you would like a tracking number, or require a faster shipping method, please let me know.

Please note that Canada Post can be epically slow when it comes to shipping, so I cannot guarantee that an item will be received by a certain date. I wish I had the time to walk the item to you myself to speed up the shipping process. ;) Canadians and Americans should expect their items to take roughly 7-10 "postal" days, but it will fequently take longer. Internation customers should expect it to take close to two months.

If there is a discrepancy between your Paypal address and your Etsy address, the item will be shipped to the address listed on Etsy. If you need the item shipped elsewhere, please let me know.

Are you an international buyer? If you pay more for shipping than it actually ends up costing me, I'll refund you the difference! :) It's uaually closer to 10$ than 15$ to ship via ground mail, but it's about 15$ to ship via airmail, which cuts the shipping time in less than half (roughly 3 weeks). Unless you indicate otherwise, it will be sent groundmail, and you will almost definitely get about a 5$ refund.

Do you live in Winnipeg? You're in luck! If we can find a time and a place to meet up, we can exchange money for goods without any shipping cost. Please just let me know if you live in the city, and we can try to work something out. :)

If you're ordering more than one item, please contact me and we'll try to work out a deal to save you on shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Every item is made by hand with plenty of love. However, nothing handmade is completely flawless. I will only accept returns and exchanges in very severe cases, such as if the item incurs damage during the shipping process.
Additional policies and FAQs
All items are made in a smoke-free home. Although the home also contains no pets, Doctor Moo's fondness for animals forces the good Doctor to play with every animal in sight, which means some fur may transfer to the Doctor, and then transfer to some of the items for sale. Best effort will be made to remove fur from the products, but the Doctor cannot guarantee that they will be 100% fur free.

I love custom orders!! Anything I make can be created in whatever colour you'd like. In addition, I'm game to try making almost anything you can imagine, with a preference for all things geeky. I will keep you updated throughout the creation process and will ask many questions to ensure that the item is exactly what you're looking for.
