Never received item and Valentine's Day is tomorrow.

Unfortunately, this buyer wrote this review prior to letting us know that the item had not arrived. When she contacted us afterwards, we responded immediately and refunded the order. Sadly the USPS does not always do the best job! We were sorry to hear the item did not arrive but we did promptly refund the order once we were made aware of the problem. We hope future buyers will always let us know when there's a problem so that we can find a resolution. Customer service is our top priority. Again, so sorry it was lost in the mail Carrie!
