Personalized orders (i.e Hashtag, Name, & Dance Floor Rules Printables) will be shipped to your personal e-mail within 1-2 business days (not consecutive calendar days) of purchase. They will not be available for download here on Etsy. To ensure your order can be processed as soon as possible, please include all necessary information at checkout (i.e. hashtag choice, names, etc.) If you do not provide the necessary information, your 1-2 day delivery window will start once the information has been provided. For example, if you order on January 2, but do not provide your hashtag until April 2, then your 1-2 day delivery window would begin in April, not January.

Instant Download files will only download in the format listed-as seen in the listing picture. They are pre-loaded into the Etsy system and therefore any notes you write in the "notes to seller" at purchase will not change the file you receive.

For printing, I recommend a high quality digital paper, cotton paper, high poundage art paper, or high quality photo paper. If you are using card stock, please use the highest quality possible, as inexpensive card stock can really dull the appearance of the best looking graphic design.

For glittery/sparkly/gold printing, I recommend a shimmer, pearl, or high gloss photo paper to enhance the shine.

When printing, please avoid hitting "print" or "print page"-this will make your printer default to a full letter page and try to compensate the missing space of the 8x10 or 5x7 files, resulting in multiple page printing. Instead, go into your advanced printer settings and manually select "8x10" or "8x10 borderless" or "5x7" "5x7 borderless" as your printing size. In most cases, this will solve the printing issue.

Please be assured that all designs and files are 300 dpi high resolution, and created on professional software. Please be sure to make sure that you have actually downloaded your file and are not working with the preview image. Also, I recommend to download all files onto a computer or laptop, not your phone or iPad. For best results, download the file to your computer, save to a flash drive, and carry the flash drive into the store with you. Files directly printed from phones to print labs have a high margin of error and customer disappointment.

The only items in my shop that require customer approval are from scratch, brand new designs. Unless you are ordering a completely new design from me, no proof will be sent. If you are ordering a personalized design, you will get the design shown with your information in place of the display information.

My delivery time for personalized orders already listed in the shop is 1-2 business days ONLY when information is sent when order is purchased. All customers all highly encouraged to have their customization information finalized BEFORE purchase. If I have to contact you to ask for it or you send it along separately, your 1-2 business day window will begin WHEN THE INFORMATION IS RECEIVED. If I cannot contact you for 7 days past your order date and have no customization information, I will automatically refund/cancel your order so that I can keep my shop current. Please feel free to reorder when you have your custom information finalized.

Timeframes for brand new from scratch custom orders will vary on communication with the customer and intensity of the project. In all situations, all work is created and delivered as quickly as possible. If you know you are in need of custom work, please contact me as soon as possible so that our transaction is relaxed in nature.

Why are digital files great? They come from the same file that I would use if I were to print and ship the item to you, but we can help to minimize our carbon footprint by skipping on the chipboard, cello sleeve, cardboard mailer, and gas for the delivery truck!!! When you print on your end, not only do you save money, but you help give the Earth a little hug!!!
