We are Ukrainians living in Atlantic Canada.
Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, we've been actively involved in volunteer work in our effort to help Ukraine and support our families and friends who are still there. We try our best to keep up with a timely response to the messages and make and ship your orders in time but we can not always achieve that. We appreciate your patience and support during this hardest time in our lives and the lives of our loved ones.

Was worn from having the tips of my scissors and letter opener jab in the wooden container I was housing them in w/ no protection. I asked DodoLeather if they could make sheaths for me. And, they did. Easily! I am ridiculously happy with the outcome. The quality is absolutely fantastic. The leather has brilliant color, is sturdy, and the hand stitching is impeccable, as well as also brilliant in color. The owners, Andrii & Natalia, sent sketches for me to approve before proceeding with the order. It was great to have the visual. The sheaths far exceed my expectations, as does their customer service. They were gracious in sending me a little extra handmade bracelet. Excellent, excellent customer service and excellent, excellent product!!

They added extra touches to it so that it no metal was going to touch the skin of my daughter who has a metal allergy. The craftsmanship was extraordinary! Thank you for creating such a beautiful piece!

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order was made or sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable 10%.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS ABOUT EXCHANGES/RETURNS
• if the reason for exchange/return is my fault (for example I sent the wrong size or the item comes broken etc) - I would pay for return shipping and provide an exchange/full refund
• if the reason of return/exchange is customer's fault (for example customer ordered the wrong size or color) - the customer pays for the return shipping as well as redelivery fee (in case of exchange)
LOST PACKAGES
• Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 45 days from posting date and tracking doesn't show any updates during this time.
• I will fill in the claim about the lost in my Head post office
• While the claim is being proceed, I would resend the same item (if it is still available) to the customer or provide a full refund;
• If the item arrives after the refund is made, the customer is asked to pay back
