Fraying is intentional. Fabric is subject to wear and tear.
Do not wash.

I try to have as much personal input when making each item, as I can. If there is a cord, its usually been hand wound by me. If there is velvet, I've dyed it. Silk paper and I've made it and in many case dyed the silk fibres first.
My Harris Tweed is handwoven on the Isle of Harris and in Lewis and I have bought it from the weavers.

Please read the description carefully and if you have a problem contact me as soon as possible.
I cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post. I ship all things by standard first class royal mail. If you require any other service please contact me before buying to discuss extra cost.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of purchase by Paypal.
Shipping
I usually send things by the next available post. The last post in my nearest post office is 5 pm so if you order before 3pm and I am at home, I will do my best to get it in the post that day.
I send everything first class Royal Mail or Airmail. If you want any insurance or guaranteed next day delivery please contact me and I will create a listing for the extra fee.
If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time please contact me and we will seek ways to resolve the issue.
