1 out of 5 starsDisappointed!!! Waited for three weeks but didn’t receive it. She just refunded me!!! I was expecting!!!!! Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The seller said it was shipped but I don’t think so coz it’s easy for her to refund me if it was shipped!!!!!

Dear Arlene! Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you are disappointed and that you didn't have the best experience.I would like to tell the background of this ''story''. Miss Stephens ordered a set of a collar and a leash. We all know how important it is to read all the information, such as a production time, which was 14 days. On the 13th day she contacted me, very disappointed - she was asking where is her set, she still hadn't received it. She immediately wanted a refund, but after I explained to her that I will send a set the next day, she agreed and said okay. After 4 days, she contacted me again - still upset, where her set is. I am located in Europe, she is from the USA. When I checked tracking and I saw ''the parcel was returned to the country of origin'', I decided to give her a refund.
