A lifelong love of dogs is what inspires my photography.

I live in beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania, which serves as the background for many of my photographs. My dog images are inspired by a lifelong love of dogs and the beauty of the natural environment.

The study of dog behavior has been an interest and fascination for me and has given me the insight to know that patience is the key to capturing the ultimate image. If I am willing to wait for it, I know that eventually there will be a momentary look in the eyes, set of the ears, or tilt of the head. Sometimes it is barely perceptible, but I know it when I see it and it is the essence of what I want to capture.
