Due to the nature of our products, there are no returns, however, it is our goal that you be extremely happy with your goodies so exchanges and refunds are available depending on the circumstance. Again, we never want our customers to be sad so if you are upset, contact us before leaving feedback.

We prefer Paypal over the Etsy pay system but either is accepted. Payment is expected within 3 days.

We ship First Class USPS unless otherwise noted in listing. You can upgrade your shipping to Priority at an additional cost. Tracking and delivery confirmation are always included on your order. We only ship to the US at this time.

All items are handmade with love. They are made using sanitary methods (meaning we wash our hands, wear face masks and gloves. Items are made and packaged in a clean and smoke-free environment. We do not share our ingredient lists through messages for proprietary reasons but if you have a known allergy to any cosmetic ingredients just reach out and we can tell you prior to purchasing if our shadows contain those ingredients. Our products are gluten-free and do not contain any animal ingredients with exception to carmine in a few, those ones are clearly labeled in our listings as non-vegan. Thanks!

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
