Founded by Katelyn Block in 2020, Ivy & Co is a showcase of her background in interior design and passion for the home. Having spent her career remodeling and staging homes, Katelyn's neutral and clean aesthetic is displayed in every Ivy & Co product.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
At IVY & CO we take great care in packaging and inspecting our items prior to shipping. However, we understand that you may need to make a return.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Our customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello.shopivy [!at] gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to move forward and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products or special orders. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping
We have all items in stock and ready to ship as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days.

Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped. Transit times vary depending on product and location. Once shipped you should expect your order to arrive in 3-5 business days for expedited shipping and 7-10 business days for standard shipping.

If you have selected the local delivery option you can expect your order to be delivered by a member of our team within 1-3 business days.
