I will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail but we can managed to find a good solution if the problem happens.
-I can not make refund if you do not like the item your purchased. I take good care to give good informations, pictures so you can see the item in everyway as if you were here.
For the garnments, please make sure you measure yourself properly and consult the guide size. Leggings are very comfortable and tight. So are the dresses: bodycon. So if you do not like that fit maybe take a size bigger.
Selling/buying on the internet can be fun and also bring us in front of unexpected situations. If so, please do write and i am sure we will find a solution. My goal is for you to have fun wearing or using my products. Happy on both sides.
As for delivery, i have put 1-2 weeks including production and sending. If you receive it before hurray! If it is a bit later, 2-3 days, please do understand that is depends on the delivery system. I do understand that you can't wait to have it...me too i am so excited to receive a new product!
as for cancellation, since this product is done especially for you, it will not be possible.
