But most of all I appreciated the dedication and care Dondi took while communicating with me prior to purchasing, post purchasing until the picture was savely delivered. He even called me to check that I had received the picture on time. Impressive. A genuine joy to make business with Dondi.

Payment

Damaged or imperfect prints
I package each item with love and care If for any reason your print arrives damaged, please do not hesitate to contact me for a replacement item.
In order to safeguard against fraud, a picture of the damaged print must be sent to me via email, and on receipt of that, an item as similar to that purchased will be reshipped at no extra cost to you. Shipping will be standard mail.
Incorrect purchase or change of mind :
If you are not satisfied with the print you purchased (and I hope this is never the case), please contact me to work out either a refund or a replacement item. The item you received must be returned within 14 days of purchase and be in as good a condition as when it was sold.
If a replacement item was requested, shipping costs of the item will be on you. Refunds do not include return shipping costs.

Prints on semi-matte 170 gram art paper - within 3 working days
Prints on photography paper - within 5 working days
Prints on canvas - within 7 working days
I am happy to ship worldwide to any destination, and all care is taken to insure that your package arrives at your doorstep in exactly the same condition it was in when it left my studio.
I normally ship by standard airmail and these are the prices quoted for shipment.
Shipping time for standard mail to the Northern Hemisphere is 10-21 days.
I can also ship via EMS express mail or via your own courier account.
