Payment
We take paypal for payment. If you're interested in a large order (wedding favors, book club, or office gifts, for example) please convo us for pricing.

California buyers must pay sales tax.
Shipping
We ship within the U.S. and internationally. If you're an international buyer, and you're interested in purchasing our products, let us know & we'll change the listing to include shipping to your country. International shipping is listed as 6-10 day first class or priority. That includes a delivery confirmation number, but NOT a tracking number. If you want a tracking number, insurance, or any other additional postage, you must request it. We will update the listing with the adjusted cost or invoice you the difference. Domestic shipping is priority. If you need expedited shipping, you must let us know as soon as possible. Since many of our items are custom-made, it will take 6-7 days for us to make the item and ship it (production times vary based on number of orders & will be updated regularly.) We will do our best to accomodate you if you need your product quickly. If you would like to have your package shipped express mail, we will adjust the shipping charges for you. Also, we use recycled materials for wrapping and shipping as often as we can. If you're sending a gift and would prefer for us to use non-recycled wrapping, please let us know in the notes-to-seller section.

Refunds and Exchanges
We guarantee all of our workmanship & will refund any product that does not meet your expectations. We request that you send it back to us within 60 days of your purchase. We do not offer refunds on custom items, unless the product is defective. We do not refund shipping costs. If you are ordering multiples or a custom item, upon request we will e-mail you a photo proof before completing your order.
Additional policies and FAQs
Things to know about leather: Leather varies in color and texture, naturally. During production, if your item is damaged or scraped, we'll make another! If there are natural blemishes in leather (stretch marks, small scars, etc.) then we generally do not cut around or discard the leather. We think that's wasteful. If, however, a gash or blemish affects the function of your product, it won't make the cut. Many natural variations aren't even visible until we finish the leather with oil or dye. It's one of the things that makes leatherworking exciting for us & we hope you'll see these marks as we do - adding character and originality to the finished product.

Also...leather often requires training. Before we ship your item, we bend/mold/shape the leather for its intended purpose. Things like use, changes in humidity, extreme dryness, exposure to sunlight, etc. may change the appearance & shape of leather. Don't be shy, bend it how you want it to go. The form will follow function, so frequent use is the best way to get your leather to behave like you want it to. That well-loved patina is earned by time & use.

We get some requests for lower case text. Unfortunately, at this time, our stamps only come in upper case. We can mix fonts and sizes upon request. But, sorry, no lower case.

Part of our mission is to spread hope and cheer & offer meaningful, functional gifts that will make people smile. If you request a custom item, we prefer that your text is kind and respectful. Please convo us before purchasing if you would like explicit or naughty messages stamped on your product. While we realize this is a subjective area, we reserve the right to keep our products clean.

Handmade is our second job. We both have full time careers. So...if we don't get back to you immediately, that's probably why. We're working as quickly as we can to get orders made and shipped out in a timely manner. So, please be patient since we do all of our handmade work during evenings and weekends.
