A very nice sweater that probably fits the new slimmer AGs best. Even with no back opening, it goes on fairly easily. It is neat and well made and came with AG shoes -- cute ones -- a necklace, a scarf, and a nice pair of pants, making this an extremely good bargain. This quality deserves higher prices.

Mrs.C. is known in the doll world for her one of a kind outfits for 18" dolls
My father taught me to sew when I was six. He also taught me to knit, crochet, tat, and quilt. I have porphyria so it was important that my activities were inside. I loved the time with Papa. He was an excellent teacher and a very exacting critic. it was great for my mother too I did the mending and alterations for my four brothers and two little sisters.
After I married, I put my sewing skills to good use sewing clothing for my husband and two sons. We had college bills to pay and this was one way to save.
Years passed and the boys grew in to Sports Fans so my sewing machine wasn't in as big of a demand. I turned my machine into sewing for my nieces Then the nieces grew up.
I covered the sewing machine and went to woodworking, painting, dried flowers, wreaths and being a master gardener. YES... Sunscreen was developed and I could go outside.
In 2001 we were blessed with a granddaughter. This opened up the sewing machine and dolls. I did the research and decided to sew for The American Girl Dolls. I loved the stories and their outfits but the prices weren't in our budget. This was when I stopped selling text books on ebay and started sewing doll outfits and selling them.
I chose not to be a power seller. The outfits I sold helped to purchase new dolls for 2 granddaughters and my dolls. When the management on ebay changed, I looked for a new outlet for my One of a Kind outfits and found Etsy.
It's been a continuing education and a fun hobby now that we have retired. I have met some wonderful people and continue to make new friends.
Please enjoy your visit to my shop.
