Thank you for taking a look at DonnaSarahDesigns! We would like to introduce ourselves: Donna is the "Mother" part of the team and "Sarah" is the daughter ! Donna has 2 grown children and 5 (count them!) beautiful grandchildren ranging in age from 12 years old to 2 years old! Sarah is the proud Mother of 2 of those grandchildren (daughters)!

Returns and exchanges
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, but if there is a problem with the item please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will refund only if item is in "New" condition with tags. We are sorry but we cannot refund shipping fees.
If it is the wrong size, please email to see if we have that same item in the correct size.
NO return/exchanges on custom orders.
Payment
At this time we accept Paypal. (E-checks on Paypal are ok, but take longer to clear) We can also accept Postal Money orders, but please let us know first.
Payment is due within 48 hrs of sale. If there is no payment or email within this time, sale will be cancelled and item relisted. Thanks for understanding!
Shipping
Shipping is by USPS First Class within 2 days of cleared payment (usually sooner). If you would like Priority shipping, please let us know at time of sale.
