I make it a point to try to use only original items in my creations. That means that any buttons or maps or book pages I use aren't printed out scans; they are the real thing! And if they aren't, I'll tell you so upfront.

Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact me immediately. I ask that you return the deficient item for either a replacement or a refund less the original shipping cost. Refunds and replacements will not be sent until the returned item is received.

Payment via PayPal is expected within 48hrs of purchase.
Shipping
All items are shipped U.S.P.S. Priority Flat Rate envelopes which start at $4.85. This is non-negotiable. My shipping days are Monday-Thursday.
