Spotlight on a Ketubah

You are getting married! Mazal Tov! Doodlage Shop specializes on creating lots and lots of Ketubot, or traditional (and not so much) Jewish (as well as interfaith, secular and even some non-Jewish) marriage certificates.

Originally used as an actual wedding contract, in which bride and groom’s parents disclosed the dowry agreement and other practical matters, nowadays, the Ketubah is more of a tangible version of wedding vows. In it, the newlyweds declare their feelings for each other and make promises for the future. Instead of using the traditional format and/or artwork, a lot of brides and grooms decide to create the special and original piece for their wedding, that would reflect their personalities, history, wedding venue or personal style. This is where I come in! I help the future newlyweds with a design that would do all that AND would look great on the wall afterwards :)

I only offer one text option. It can be personalized with bride and groom's names, date and place of the wedding, no charge. Text exists in both English and Hebrew. I can use both, or either one, your choice. If you'd like both languages, don't forget to give me your Hebrew Names for personalization.

I love doing custom ketubah designs for my most creative customers, but don't always have time for it :( If you are interested, please convo me and ask if I'm available for custom order!

The Doodlage Store grew out of my great interest in all things doodling and long time ago morphed into an almost entirely Wedding Art/Ketubah one-woman operation it is now. The fact that over 1000 people allowed a little piece of art made by my hands to become part of one of the most important days in their lives is truly humbling and amazing to me.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If the item has not arrived (in other words, lost in the mail) within reasonable time, please contact me and I will do my best to replace the item or I will refund the money in most instances.

If the item is damaged, again, please contact me as each case is different. I will always try to replace the item.
Payments must be received in full (through Paypal) before an item is shipped unless otherwise noted in a specific transaction. These exceptions may be some Alchemy bids, graphic design services, etc. If payment is not received within 3 days from the purchase, the transaction will be canceled.
I will ship your item carefully and attractively packaged (if it's a ketubah, then probably rolled up, in a sturdy cardboard tube or long box), via USPS Priority Mail. If you'd like to see the tracking number after the item has been marked as "shipped" please don't hesitate to contact me. During the busy months I tend not to send the tracking info as a rule, but I will certainly let you know what it is if you're interested. Shipped items usually take 2-3 days to arrive within continental US. Longer for overseas, obviously.
If you need rushed delivery, please message me to receive a price quote BEFORE ORDERING.
