Your Vision + Our Designs = Invite Envy!

Welcome to our store - thanks for stopping by! Here at Doodlebug & Peep®, our goal is to provide one-of-a-kind custom invitations and party decor to make your special event as unique as you are!

The company began back in 2012 when our creator, Chelsea Kusky, wanted to combine her background in graphic design and photography with her love of planning family celebrations. This passion soon morphed into the company Doodlebug & Peep® as it appears today. Since our debut, we have designed hundreds of invitations, worked with thousands of clients world-wide, and expanded our product line to include coordinated party decor as well as professional printing services. We have collaborated with clients, customizing everything from copy and color to layout and language.

With environmental concerns on the rise, Doodlebug & Peep® has been working to do their part in conservation. That is why 3 out of 4 of our 130# luxurious, press-quality card stocks contain at least 30% recycled content and are Forest Stewardship Council certified papers. We also avoid wasted shipping materials by reusing what our professional printer provides with each order.

Thanks to the support and patronage of our clients, we have also been able to register our trademarked logo, become a VIP member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), and expand our professional team.

What is your current turn around time for printed orders?

Your printed order ships from our shop in 3-5 business days AFTER proof approval.

What are your shipping rates for printed orders?

CONTINENTAL U.S.A. : SHIPPING IS FREE* FOR ALL INVITATION ORDERS
• If adding multiple/large printed items to your order, shipping rates may apply.
WORLDWIDE: We offer shipping Worldwide! Worldwide shipping for printed invitation orders will be an additional investment Canada = $25.20 and Everywhere Else = $42.20
• If adding multiple/large printed items to your order, additional shipping rates may apply.
• Just contact us for shipping outside of the US and we will provide a listing to you for your printed order.

When can I expect to receive my digital proof / How many proofs do I get?

Invitation proofs are sent within 24 business hours (M-F) after receiving your payment and all of the required event information (completely custom designs may take up to 72+ business hours (M-F) and will be estimated for time required prior to purchase). You will have two proofs included (1 Initial draft + 1 revision draft) with your design investment for each item purchased.

Custom and personalized orders

Since all of our designs are custom / personalized for your special event, please note that no proofs are provided prior to placing your order and payment being verified. Also, please make sure to read over your invitation/design(s) carefully for spelling, etc., as well as wording and color (if changes have been made). We cannot be held responsible for any actual fees incurred during printing if any errors were not caught during the proofing process. Please check, check and re-check ALL of your information!

Can I receive a refund, make adjustments to or cancel my printed order after I have approved my proof?

Once printing investments have been made and your proof has been emailed for review/approval; no adjustments, refunds, or cancellations are able to be given since these are actual printed items personalized for your event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Can I receive a refund, make adjustments to or cancel my digital order?

Since these are customized designs that are being purchased and you are investing in the time it takes to design / customize the files, refunds/cancellations cannot be given once any proof is emailed for approval. If proofs have not been prepared/emailed out, and you need to cancel your order, (within 7 days) you will receive a full refund. Beyond 7 days, there is a 25% cancellation fee to cover the time invested in your order (75% would be refunded to you). No refunds or cancellations are available for Completely Custom Orders/Designs (completely custom designs are designs other than the standard ones available in our shop).

Adjustments are available once a final file has been sent for an additional design investment. Just contact us.

Can I alter the copy / text of the invitation design from the sample that is shown online?

Copy/text alterations are included with our invitation designs (2 emailed proofs included).

When you are ready to proceed, please place the current listing in your cart and follow the checkout procedure. Please make sure to make note of the copy alterations you would like when you provide all of the details for your special event in the "Note to Seller" Section when checking out OR email all of the details to us at: contact@doodlebugandpeep.com

Do you still offer digital invites for me to print on my own?

Yes! Each invitation design has the option for purchasing a digital file in the "Quantity + Size" drop down menu on each items listing page.

A few more details (color guarantee, copyright, etc)

Due to the variations in computer monitors, printing processes and paper types, the color of printed materials may vary from what you see on the screen. Doodlebug & Peep® holds the copyright on all designs. Custom projects/ designs may be placed into our shop once completed for others to purchase. We hold the copyright on all of our custom designs. Purchases are for your personal use only. You do not have the rights to resell any of our files/designs or use them for any non-personal use/financial gain (in part or in whole). Please note that as a ® registered trademarked company, it is required that we include our logo on our products to show that our logo is in fact in circulation and being used on products that it was registered under.

Can I alter the color of my chosen invitation?

Yes! Color alterations are absolutely available. Please see the "Digital Matching Items" section of our shop for the "Custom Color" Add-on Listing.
