Fast shipping. Watched you tube At Home With Nikki and she showed them and I just had to have them. Use it, wash It out after use and put them in the wash once a week.

Shop policies

Every item is handmade exclusively by me. Please allow 3 to 5 days for your item to be prepared to ship out. (Custom orders may take additional time). Allow additional time to receive your order within 2 weeks before and during the Christmas holiday due to high volume of mail through the USPS. Thank you.

I accept credit card payments directly through Etsy and also through PayPal. I am not able to accept checks or money orders.
I ship all of my items via USPS mail. I also do a delivery confirmation with all US orders. I ship out all of my items within 3 to 5 days, unless you purchased a custom order, which may require an extra day or two.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS: Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to me for a full refund. Please contact me via the Etsy shop and I will accept your return in its original condition within 7 days of purchase. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

LOST ITEMS: While I take great care and attention to detail in all items prepared for shipment, I unfortunately cannot be held responsible and do not give refunds for damaged or lost orders in the shipping process. If something went wrong with the shipping process, please contact me via my Etsy shop.
Additional policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS: I would be happy to set up a custom order for you for a different color selection (hats only). Just click on the "select custom item" option in my shop to send me a conversation. If you have a question about custom orders, please message me and I will try my best to work with you.

HAT COLOR SELECTIONS: If there is a certain color preference you would like, send me a conversation and let me know what you would prefer. Some colors may vary from screen to screen and individual colors may vary due to different dye lots of the yarn.

FEEDBACK: In order for my shop to be successful, it relies on customer satisfaction. A lot of love and care goes into every item made. If, for some reason, something went wrong with your handmade item, please contact me before you leave feedback, and I will try to do all I can to make it right.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: All of my items are made in a smoke-free home.
