Hello!
Welcome to my shop "dorataya" which I named after my Grandmother's nickname for me.
I am Dor Walker, a lifelong artist turned photographer. Loving nature, and the outdoors is perfect match for where my husband, also a photographer, and I live - the Appalachians of North Carolina. We both grew up in the North Eastern part of the States. This area is a mecca for artists, writers and craft makers due to its beautiful natural forests, rivers and waterfall plus its proximity to the internationally known John C. Campbell Folk School.

I have done a lot of things...horse trainer, store manager, business owner, therapist, and artist. Now I that I am retired I do photography what seems like 24/7. I adore it.

If you do find something you wish to purchase, be assured I will do everything I possibly can to make the transaction pleasant and agreeable for both of us.
Not all my work is posted on Etsy...if there is a type of photo you are searching for - perhaps I have it....PLEASE ask.
I welcome requests for special editing changes...both in color or addition of words, or notes to be included with your item. I would be very happy to customize your print in any way you would like...for example..size, brightness, or color tint.
If you have purchased from me in the past please convo me and I will give you a discounted price on your purchase.

Please contact me if you are unhappy about any aspect of the sale. Or if something is delivered damaged.
I always want my customers to have the best experience possible and to be happy so please contact me if there is a problem with your purchase and I will do my best to resolve the situation.

-If paying with a credit card, without a Pay Pal account: Select PayPal as your payment option when checking out, click PAY NOW (this takes you to PayPal's website for card processing), toward the bottom of the page look for the "Don't have an account" OR Pay as Guest section and click CONTINUE.
I will email you with a confirmation that I received your order, and again when your order is shipped.
Shipping
I ship USPS First Class. Payments must clear before your order is shipped. I like to ship quickly, so rest assured I will get your order on it's way in a timely manner. If an order will take longer to ship than 2 days I will let you know. Unless you are an international buyer, you will receive a tracking number along with the shipping notice.
If you are outside of the US PLEASE convo me and I will find out what the shipping charges will be for your country.
